Dive-site story
MUSA (Museo Subacuático de Arte) is an extensive underwater sculpture park situated between Cancun and Isla Mujeres. Conceived to relieve pressure from nearby natural reefs, hundreds of life-sized concrete statues rest on the sandy seabed, gradually transforming into living artificial reefs overgrown with corals, algae, and sponges.
