Dive-site story
Situated at the southern tip of Cozumel within the national marine park, Devil's Throat is a world-renowned cavern and tunnel system penetrating deep into the coral wall. Divers enter a dark, narrow chute through the upper reef plateau and descend through an enclosed vertical shaft that opens out into the deep blue wall. Strong currents sweep the outer reef, demanding disciplined buoyancy and strict depth monitoring before drifting back along the cathedral-like coral towers.
