Dive-site story
Situated along the rocky perimeter of Pulau Payar Marine Park, Grouper Farm features a gentle reef slope strewn with large submerged boulders and coral clusters. The site earned its name from the resident groupers that shelter beneath the granite ledges. Divers drift across sandy patches between hard coral formations while shoals of fusiliers and snappers dart around the upper reef structure.
Congregations of mature groupers resting under rock ledges
Schools of yellowtail snappers and fusiliers sweeping along the reef slope
Sheltered conditions suitable for relaxed exploratory dives
