Dive-site story
Scuttled as an artificial reef off Tioman Island, this decommissioned Royal Malaysian Navy patrol vessel rests upright on a flat seabed. Soft corals and encrusting sponges cover the wheelhouse and mast structures, turning the military craft into a focal point for schooling fish. The wreck provides straightforward swim-throughs for suitably trained divers, though open-water exploration of the exterior superstructure remains the primary draw.
Schooling batfish and yellowtail barracudas congregating over the wheelhouse
Macro subjects including nudibranchs and flatworms sheltered along the railings
Upright naval vessel profile offering atmospheric swim-around routes
