Dive-site story
Situated just off the eastern coastline of Redang Island, this rocky islet features gently sloping coral gardens that ease down to a sandy seabed. Massive boulder formations create natural swim-throughs and crevices near the surface, while the deeper periphery hosts healthy patches of hard coral and soft coral fans. Because the location is sheltered from rough open-ocean swell during the diving season, calm surface conditions and gentle currents prevail, making it an accessible spot for easy navigation.
Extensive fields of staghorn and table corals interspersed with massive porites bommies
Regular encounters with juvenile blacktip reef sharks cruising along the sandy perimeter
Granite boulder formations draped in sea whips and hydroids
Abundant macro critters sheltering among anemones and coral fissures

Seasonality
