Dive-site story
Sunk intentionally as an artificial reef within the Pulau Payar Marine Park, this former marine police patrol vessel sits upright on a sandy bottom. Sponges, hydroids, and soft corals encrust the exterior steel superstructure, creating shelter for schooling fish and predatory species in an otherwise open stretch of sand. Divers typically navigate around the main hull, deck areas, and wheelhouse without penetrating deep into the confined interior spaces.
