Dive-site story
Tanjung Badau sits along the rocky headland of Pulau Dayang, characterized by submerged granite boulders stepping down to a sandy seabed with fringing coral gardens. Diver traffic here is relatively low compared to the main western bays. The exposed promontory attracts passing pelagics while the crevices formed by fallen rock piles shelter macro critters and resting rays.
Massive granite boulder swim-throughs and overhangs encrusted with hard and soft corals
Schools of chevron barracuda and yellowtail jacks patrolling off the rocky point
Sheltered crevices holding macro life like flatworms and nudibranchs
