Dive-site story
Situated within the rocky outcrops off Pulau Tenggol, Tokong Burung features massive submerged granite boulders piled across sloping sand channels. Diver pathways thread through narrow crevices and swim-throughs encrusted with gorgonian sea fans, encrusting sponges, and table corals. Pelagic schools often patrol the deeper drop-offs while macro critters hide in the shadowed undercuts.
Rugged granite boulder formations creating natural swim-throughs and overhangs
Frequent schools of yellowtail barracuda and chevron barracuda circling the pinnacle
Dense clusters of sea whips and sea fans covering the deeper rocks
