Dive-site story
Boschmolenplas is a former gravel extraction lake in the province of Limburg, widely regarded as one of the clearest freshwater diving spots in the Netherlands. Fed by filtered groundwater, the lake offers sustained clarity alongside an extensive underwater course. Divers navigate between purpose-sunk wrecks, sculptures, training platforms, and marked navigation lines. The littoral zones feature dense vegetation where predatory fish hunt, while deeper sections drop off into cold, silt-floored basins.
