Dive-site story
Zevenhuizerplas is a large sand-extraction lake situated between Rotterdam and Zevenhuizen. Popular among regional Dutch divers for training and leisure dives, the basin features submerged peat formations, platforms, and sunken objects placed by local clubs. The bottom transitions from shallow reed-lined banks and silt beds to steeply dropping clay walls and deeper trenches.
