Dive-site story
Situated along the western coastline of Cebu just north of Moalboal, Ronda Bay Marine Sanctuary features a protected fringing reef that drops into a deep wall. Decades of local marine protection have preserved dense gorgonian sea fans and expansive hard coral formations across the drop-off. The location inside the Tañon Strait provides relatively calm waters, though tidal currents periodically sweep along the outer face of the reef.
