The SS Panay rests upright on a silty seabed just outside Campomanes Bay off Sipalay. Sunk during World War II by a Japanese torpedo, this armed merchant vessel remains largely intact, offering deep recreational and technical divers a historical exploration site complete with cargo holds, deck guns, and encrusted bridge structures.
