Dive-site story
Tuble Marine Sanctuary occupies a stretch of protected coastline along the Moalboal peninsula in Cebu. The site begins over a shallow coral flat populated by hard corals and sea anemones before plunging into a vertical wall adorned with large gorgonian sea fans, barrel sponges, and soft coral gardens. Caves and small crevices pepper the drop-off, offering shelter to macro subjects and nocturnal feeders while pelagics drift along the outer blue.
Dense clusters of giant gorgonian sea fans along the vertical drop-off
Frequent encounters with resident green and hawksbill sea turtles feeding in the shallows
Productive macro hunting in wall overhangs and crevices for nudibranchs and crustaceans
