Dive-site story
Ulong Wall drops sheer into the open ocean along the western barrier reef off Ulong Island. The vertical face is encrusted with giant gorgonian fans and cascading sea whips, while pelagic predators patrol the blue just off the drop-off. Most dives here operate as drifts along the current, leading toward the mouth of the nearby channel where sharks and schooling fish congregate.
