Dive-site story
Sunk by Allied aircraft during the final months of World War II, this steam cargo vessel lies on its starboard side across a sandy channel off Samae San. The hull has cracked open over the decades, exposing huge cargo holds and the engine room. Large schools of pelagics patrol the open water above the superstructure, while the steel frame supports extensive soft coral growth.

Two massive unexploded aerial bombs still visible in the surrounding sand
Expansive cargo holds permitting daylight-penetration routes for trained wreck divers
