Dive-site story
Hin Luk Bat is a prominent granite pinnacle rising from the seabed southwest of Koh Chang in the Gulf of Thailand. Massive submerged boulders surround the main rock formation, creating swim-throughs, overhangs, and sheltered alcoves decorated with sea whips and hard coral gardens. Dense shoals of pelagic fish circle the exposed outer flanks, while the sandy base hosts bottom-dwellers and macro critters.
Large granite boulder formations with natural swim-throughs and crevices
Dense schools of batfish and barracuda orbiting the main pinnacle
Expansive fields of table and staghorn corals alongside giant barrel sponges
Occasional seasonal encounters with passing whale sharks
