Dive-site story
Hin Paer rises from the sandy seabed off the Chumphon coastline, forming an isolated granite pinnacle surrounded by extensive coral growth. Large carpets of sea anemones blanket the shallower rock terraces, inhabited by dense colonies of pink anemonefish. Down along the deeper boulders and sandy edges, schools of pelagic fish circle the structure in search of prey while stingrays rest on the seabed.
Vast fields of sea anemones covering the upper rock surfaces
Dense schools of snappers and chevron barracuda circling the pinnacle
Macro critters hiding among whip corals and rocky crevices
