Dive-site story
Situated off the eastern coast of Koh Tao, this submerged granite formation features a collection of large boulders and pinnacles surrounded by open water. Dense fields of purple and lilac soft corals cloak the rocky faces, thriving in the nutrient-rich currents that sweep past the point. Schools of pelagic fish patrol the deeper perimeters, while smaller critters shelter in granite crevices and sea fans.
Vast expanses of purple and pink soft corals clinging to deep granite monoliths
Schools of chevron barracuda and hunting trevallies circling the outer rocks
Regular sightings of hawksbill and green sea turtles feeding along the upper pinnacles
