Dive-site story
HTMS T11 is a retired Royal Thai Navy patrol boat scuttled in late 2013 to create an artificial reef off Koh Chang. Sitting upright on a flat sand bottom, the wreck remains largely intact, allowing divers to inspect the deck machinery, wheelhouse, and external hull structures without dealing with extreme depths. Its compact size makes it simple to circumnavigate on a single tank, making it a regular training wreck for local dive centers.
Upright former military patrol vessel structure covered in sponges and soft corals
Schools of juvenile fish sheltering along the hull and wheelhouse railings
Accessible sand flats surrounding the ship where benthic species forage
