Widely recognized as one of the premier technical diving proving grounds in Southeast Asia, the lake features steep underwater walls that plunge into an extensive, dark cavern system. In the sunlit shallows, submerged logs and freshwater vegetation fringe the rim, while the bottom drops steeply into deep overhead environments requiring rigorous cave and trimix protocols.
