Dive-site story
Situated along the rocky coastline south of Marmaris, Sari Mehmet features a rugged underwater landscape typical of the southwest Turkish coast. The dive follows a sloping seabed dotted with large boulders, rocky crevices, and fields of Posidonia oceanica seagrass. Divers frequently encounter ancient ceramic amphora shards scattered across the stones, evidence of historical trade routes navigating into the bay.
