Dive-site story
Located off the southwest coast of Green Island in the Shilang area, this landmark site is named after an ancient, colossal micro-atoll colony of Porites coral. Although severe typhoon waves toppled the massive structure onto its side in 2016, the living coral head remains resilient and continues to attract dense aggregations of reef fauna across the surrounding sandy bottom.
Centuries-old Porites lutea coral formation resting on a sandy plateau
Dense schools of resident damselfish and anthias hovering around the main coral structure
Regular sightings of sea kraits hunting across the surrounding rocky outcrops

Seasonality
