Dive-site story
Located off the western coast of Xiaoliuqiu near Shanfu Harbor, this dive site features several intentionally scuttled fishing vessels resting on a broad sandy seabed. The wreckage structures function as artificial reefs, drawing schooling baitfish and resident predators into their open hull cavities. Green sea turtles frequent the surrounding sand flats and often rest on the deck frames, while macro critters shelter in the overgrown encrustations.
Multiple sunken wooden and steel vessel hulls converted into thriving artificial reefs
Green sea turtles resting along the ship frames and feeding on surrounding algae
Dense clusters of glassfish and juvenile sweepers filling sheltered cargo areas
Garden eel colonies popping up across the adjacent sand channels
