Dive-site story
Resting upright on a flat sand bottom off the south shore of Oahu, the Sea Tiger is a former Chinese merchant vessel that was seized for smuggling before being prepared and intentionally sunk as an artificial reef. The steel freighter features accessible cargo holds, an intact wheelhouse, and open companionways that offer swim-through opportunities. Large green sea turtles frequently shelter in the deck structures, while pelagics and resident predators circle the perimeter.
