Nosy Tanikely is an uninhabited island marine reserve located south of Nosy Be. Protected from commercial fishing for decades, the surrounding fringing reef features pristine hard coral formations that cascade into a white sand floor. The site supports dense populations of resident marine turtles and schooling reef fish in sheltered conditions.
