Dive sites in Mozambique

Situated just off Tofo Beach, Clownfish is a shallow patch reef that serves as a relaxed dive site or warm-up spot. The low-profile rocky reef features sandy patches, overhangs, and sea anemones scattered across the reef structure. Divers frequently encounter varied juvenile species and macro critters hiding among the sponges and coral heads.

Situated off the coast of Inhambane Province, Manta Reef is world-renowned for its series of active cleaning stations. Divers drift above flat rocky plateaus and down into sandy amphitheatres where massive rays hover almost motionless while cleaner wrasse inspect their wings. Strong oceanic currents frequently sweep across the top of the reef, fueling high pelagic activity including passing sharks, schooling game fish, and large groupers lurking under overhangs.
